HER.SELF PROJECT

HER.SELF PROJECT is a nonprofit initiative created to ensure that every young woman has access to the tools and practices that support mental wellness, no matter her background or circumstances.

 

At its core, the project is rooted in the belief that movement, mindfulness, and community can transform lives. Through thoughtfully designed programs that integrate pilates-inspired movement, breathwork, journaling, and conversations around self-care, her.self project provides accessible and impactful experiences for young women navigating the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood.
 

By partnering with schools, shelters, youth programs, and community organizations, the project brings high-quality wellness education to spaces where it is often missing. Each program emphasizes resilience, confidence, and self-awareness, equipping participants with tools they can carry into their daily lives. her.self project is committed to equity, accessibility, and empowerment—making mental health and wellness not a luxury, but a right.
